IRANI receives Top Ser Humano trophy for the first time

Porto Alegre, September 28th, 2016 – IRANI believes in the people’s expertise and experiences as a differential. In this way, it develops a serie of actions that seek  to train their employees.

Last night (27), the company received, for the first time, the Top Ser Humano trophy from the Brazilian Human Resources Association from Rio Grande do Sul (ABRH-RS). The award recognizes the organizations from the state that develop good people management practices.

“Winning the Top Ser Humano award demonstrates the commitment of IRANI on valuation and people development”, says Liliane Rodrigues, People Development Manager.

The winning case was the Resin application school, created in 2015 which aims to promote technical training in the forest to the newly hired Production Assistants. Based on Lean Manufacturing, the initiative has qualified 47 employees since its creation, in 2015, and already has reflexes such as productivity increase per employee and turnover reduction.
