IRANI Social Environmental Management won two major awards in the Benchmarking Brazil Program: 8th place in the Best in Sustainability Ranking in 2012 and 4th place in the Ranking of the Decade – The best in Brazilian Social Environmental Management in the past 10 years.
This is the sixth time that IRANI has gained recognition in the Benchmarking Brazil awards. For the Company, it is an honor to also be part of the Ranking of the Decade, an award relating to the 10 years of the program.
To be Ranked or Honored by the Benchmarking Brazil it is necessary to conduct effective and practical actions in favor of sustainability. Benchmarking Brazil works with realities and not with intentions.
With its own methodology and a team of over 100 experts from various countries, the program has built and owns the largest open access database of sustainability practices in the country. There are 249 practices organized under 10 different topics, which serves as a rich source of research and consultation for universities, representative institutions and other stakeholders.
