Two decades ago, we began a journey that has become an essential part of our identity: the annual publication of sustainability reports that reflect, with transparency and responsibility, how we conduct our business and create value for all stakeholders.

In 2026, we celebrate this 20-year milestone, which reflects the continuity of a shared purpose: to improve lives through sustainable actions and solutions, while building a future that is ever more transparent, integrated, and responsible.

Since our first publication, we have advanced in format, depth, governance, and language, consistently keeping pace with leading national and international reporting practices.
Over these two decades, we have undergone meaningful transformations, marked by the consolidation of our sustainable business model and by advances in technology, innovation and management.

We generate positive impact and transform realities.

We provide an Indicators Center that brings together metrics demonstrating, in an objective way, the evolution of the management of material topics, with data organized and comparable over time. By disclosing indicators associated with the Integrated Report, we maintain a transparent environment in which progress and challenges can be monitored by stakeholders.
